- 1 Package Crescent Rolls (8 ct)
- 3 Apples (your favorite variety)
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
- Cinnamon and/or Nutmeg to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Stevia or Sugar

Preheat the Oven to 375°.
Crack open the Crescent Roll package and spread the dough flat. Pinch together the perforated seams.
With a paring knife, cut the crescent dough into 8 flat squares and lay each one into an open cavity of the muffin pan sprayed with a non-stick spray.
Peel and slice 3 apples and place in a clear glass mixing bowl.
To the bowl, add the cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon and/or nutmeg. Toss until completely coated.
Add a generous spoonful of the seasoned apples to each of the crescent roll squares.
